Tattva Heritage Foundation supports a wide variety of projects related to revitalization and renewing of Indian cultural heritage. We support artists trained in the traditional guru-shishya tradition; we support scholars documenting, mapping or doing cutting-edge theoretical work on Indian cultural tradition; we are interested in undertaking translation projects of important texts of Indian civilization. We are also particularly interested in supporting traditions that are under stress, be it the Chhau dance of Mayurbhanj or the ancient Vedic śrauta tradition of Western Godavari.
